External Parent Workshops
From January 2025, the Children's Mental Health Support Team will be running a series of one-off, one-hour online parent/carer workshops with its Mental Health Practitioners, aimed at providing psycho-education around:
- Sleep
- Behaviour
- Anxiety/worry
- Resilience
These are open to everybody; people do not need to have a mental health need to join.
Parents/carers from any Aspire school can sign themselves up by clicking the specific poster link below. MHST will then generate a Microsoft Teams link which will be emailed just prior to the workshop taking place.
